HR Executive

Responsibilities:

· Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, claims and other payroll adjustments

· Manage statutory submissions and payments including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp

· Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and payroll information

· Prepare payroll reports, payslips, EA Forms and other HR-related reports

· Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and termination documentation

· Administer employee benefits, insurance and staff claims

· Prepare HR letters and assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures and employee handbook

· Handle employee enquiries relating to payroll, leave, benefits and HR matters

· Assist with recruitment, training and other HR activities when required

· Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

· Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll administration

· Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR systems

· Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
