HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all regulatory requirements while supporting overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, and salary computations
• Prepare and verify salary sheets with high accuracy
• Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and salary revisions

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, LWF, and Bonus Act regulations
• Manage timely filing of statutory returns and payments
• Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and MIS reports
• Support day-to-day office administration activities
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/software systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA in HR preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
