HR Executive – BPO Recruitment

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting BPO/Customer Service executives, managing the hiring process, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Customer Support profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility, communication skills, and experience.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate.
• Experience: Prior experience in BPO recruitment or bulk hiring is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment tools.
• Strong convincing, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced BPO environment.
• Candidates with experience hiring BPO/Customer Support/Telecalling/Voice Process profiles will be preferred.
