HR Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker matters including permits, documentation, renewals, accommodation, welfare and related requirements
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, agents and service providers on foreign worker matters
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records and monitor permit/renewal deadlines
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including misconduct cases, grievances, show-cause processes and related documentation
• Assist in investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up of disciplinary cases
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration as required
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable Malaysian employment requirements
• Assist with other HR matters as assigned

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience in foreign worker management is preferred
• Experience in employee relations and disciplinary matters will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
• Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
