Tieten Medicity Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our growing healthcare team.

Location

Tieten Medicity Hospital, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years of HR Experience
Healthcare / Hospital HR experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and references
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
• Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave and basic payroll coordination
• Support employee onboarding and induction
• Coordinate with different hospital departments for manpower requirements
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong recruitment and coordination skills
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
• Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good problem-solving and team-management skills

Preferred

Candidates with prior hospital/healthcare HR experience will be given preference.
