Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and hands-on experience in candidate screening and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salaries and assist with offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and MIS.
• Handle multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Strong Recruitment & Hiring skills.
• Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand Job Descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
• Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

• Number of candidates sourced and shortlisted.
• Interviews scheduled.
• Selection and offer conversion.
• Joining ratio.
• Hiring TAT.

Achievement of recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
