HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Human Resource Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, recruitment, attendance, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and daily HR records along with designing HR Policies.
• Maintain and update employee files and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and internal communications.
• Coordinate employee joining, transfers, and exits.
• Monitor staff discipline and workplace policies.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR matters.
• Assist with payroll-related information and monthly attendance data.
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing and employee issues.
• Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a dealership or similar organization will be an advantage.
