HR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have solid HR Operations experience with hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
• Manage disciplinary cases, employee grievances, counselling and performance-related issues.
• Assist in conducting domestic inquiries and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
• Prepare HR letters including show-cause letters, warning letters, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other employment-related documents.
• Manage employee movements including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs and company guidelines.
• Monitor attendance, leave and other employee records.
• Coordinate training and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related information to management.
• Liaise with employees and relevant departments on HR matters.
• Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc HR matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and HR procedures.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance and employee relations matters.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Independent, organised and able to manage multiple HR matters.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
