HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, with exposure to other HR activities as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidates through initial HR calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
• Support the HR team with employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
• Help maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups.
• Prior HR/Recruitment internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
