WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE

Company: EconX Logistics Inc.
Location: Industrial Area, Phase 8B, Mohali

EconX Logistics Inc., a US-based logistics company, is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and records.
• Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Organize company sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Prepare and manage employee cab rosters, pick-up and drop schedules, and transportation records.
• Coordinate employee transportation and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Monitor cab timings and maintain accurate transport updates.
• Maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Communicate with US clients whenever required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US clients when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage HR activities, employee transportation, and cab rosters efficiently.
• Experience in logistics, BPO, or night-shift operations will be an advantage.
