HR Executive

• Salary: Basic $3000 - $3500
• Benefits: 14 days AL + AWS + Bonus + Yearly increment
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Location: Gul Circle (company transport provided from Boon Lay, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Yew Tee)

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions independently, including HR administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees using Timesoft.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, tax-related matters and other statutory HR requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave and attendance records.
• Manage employee benefits, medical claims and leave administration.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other HR-related documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide advice on HR policies and employment matters.
• Monitor attendance, working hours and leave records.
• Assist with recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees.
• Liaise with external parties, government agencies and service providers when required.
• Support management on HR matters and other ad-hoc HR projects.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing
• Proficient in Timesoft payroll system will be highly advantageous
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, CPF and statutory requirements.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple HR matters effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Singaporean only
