HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with company policies within the organization.
• Managing employee attendance, leave records, and workforce data.
• Maintaining and updating employee personal files and documentation.
• Conducting joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
• Addressing employee grievances and resolving workplace issues effectively.
• Maintaining statutory compliance records, registers, and HR-related legal documentation.
• Coordinating and managing contract labor activities and related documentation.
• Handling employee separation processes, including resignation acceptance, clearance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
• Supporting payroll inputs, employee engagement activities, and HR administration.
• Assisting in audits related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Preparing HR reports and management information systems (MIS) as required by management.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Relevant experience in HR generalist/HR operations roles preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
