HR Executive

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
• Location: Candidates residing near DHA Phase 2 or Giga Mall will be preferred. Candidates must be able to manage daily commute to the office.
• English Communication: Strong English speaking and grammar skills are mandatory. Candidates who cannot communicate effectively in English will not qualify.
• Experience in recruitment, employee handling, attendance management, payroll coordination, and general HR operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of performance management, KPIs, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Basic knowledge of company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Long-term commitment is required. Candidates looking for a short-term position should not apply.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join on short notice will be preferred.
• Salary: Rs. 70,000 – 110,000 per month
