HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personnel files.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory HR compliances, including registrations, monthly filings and related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants/agencies and government authorities for statutory compliance matters.
• Prepare and maintain employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience/relieving letters and other HR documents.
• Assist in payroll inputs, salary-related documentation and employee queries.
• Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR registers, compliance records and documentation as required.
• Assist management in implementation of HR policies and office procedures.
• Handle routine employee grievances and coordinate for their resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR-related software.
• Ability to independently handle routine HR activities and statutory compliance work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
