HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• . Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll by providing accurate employee data.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).
