What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Source, screen, and interview candidates for nursing, allied health, administrative, and support roles.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage joining formalities, induction programs, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Statutory Compliance: Oversee labor law compliance, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and local labor regulations relevant to healthcare units.
- Training & Quality Support: Coordinate training programs aligned with healthcare accreditation standards like NABH or ISO
- Attendance & Payroll Input: Track employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, conflict resolution, and support a safe work culture, including POSH compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
