We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and HR records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Recruitment and interview coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
• Ability to handle employee queries professionally.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
