Job Summary

WWICS is looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
• Maintain and update HR records and reports.
• Support employee engagement and general HR activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• Experience in the immigration/consultancy industry will be preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee-related matters professionally.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
