HR Executive

Location: Dubai
Sourcing: Candidates currently based in Dubai only

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of current UAE Labour Laws.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• Experience working with ERP/HRMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Process monthly payroll, final settlements and related HR documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance and manage attendance records for Gulf countries.
• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules for plant staff and manage shift-related requirements.
• Handle visa processing and employee documentation.
• Support performance appraisals and other HR activities.
• Prepare various HR reports and MIS reports for management and Board presentations.
• Prepare bank letters, warning letters, increment letters, termination letters and other employee-related documents.
• Manage annual leave, sick leave and other employee leave records.
• Respond promptly to employee queries and escalate unresolved matters to the Reporting Manager.
• Manage staff accommodation, office administration and plant administration.
• Ensure HR practices and processes comply with applicable UAE Labour Laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of HR processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations within a UAE manufacturing environment, particularly Pharma or FMCG production, with hands-on exposure to payroll, ERP/HRMS, attendance, shift management, visa processing and employee relations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
