Job Title: HR Executive

Elegant Qubes is seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support recruitment, visa processing, employee relations, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Track passport, visa, Emirates ID, work permit, and employment contract expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
• Address employee queries and support the resolution of workplace concerns.
• Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, certificates, and reports.
• Support performance evaluations and probation reviews.
• Implement company HR policies and support compliance with UAE labour requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Hands-on UAE experience in visa processing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE procedures and UAE labour requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
