About The Role Job Description HR Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

We are hiring HR Apprentices who are looking to build their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition . The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

Successful candidates may be considered for a full-time opportunity as an Executive , subject to business requirements and headcount availability.

Eligibility Criteria

• 06 months of work experience
• Passing year: 2022 to 2026
• Candidates must not have a UAN number
• Candidates must not be registered on the NATS Portal
• All semester mark sheets and degree certificate are mandatory
• Good communication skills and professional presentation are essential

Training Stipend

Training Duration: 6 Months

Monthly Stipend

• 14,681 Corporate Contribution
• 6,150 Government Contribution
• Total Monthly Stipend: 20,831

Additional Training

• Up to 1 week of HR training after joining

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Schedule and conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate feedback, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records and reports.
• Support HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Good stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools, HR processes, and professional workplace practices.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.
