HR Executive

Job Title: HR Intern/Executive (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing amp; Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and company pages. Proactively source candidates through various channels.
2. Screening amp; Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
3. Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and share timely updates with candidates.
4. Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
5. Onboarding Support: Assist in documentation, paperwork, and orientation to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
6. Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand and talent attraction strategies.

Qualifications

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
3. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media sourcing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
