HR Executive

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection support, and employee onboarding. The role will also involve managing employee relations, training, performance management, attendance and leave records, salary and advance sheets, employee data, HR reports, labour law and health & safety compliance, company policies, audits and legal documentation. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent through job portals, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies and internal databases, ensuring adequate manpower availability in production and arranging additional labour when required. Additional responsibilities include monitoring housekeeping, coordinating travel arrangements and bookings for the sales team and guests, and supporting management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations. Education: PGDM/BBA/MBA in HR | Experience: Fresher/1 year | Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
