Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be recruitment and staffing for our restaurant outlets. Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions, from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, walk-ins, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate F2F, telephonic, and video interviews with candidates and management.
• Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
• Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Area Managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare and share recruitment status reports and hiring updates.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Handle basic HR administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR recruitment experience.
• Hospitality/Restaurant industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
