Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday
Sunday: Off

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations at Affrima.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee communication and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate daily HR activities and employee requirements.
• Support performance management and internal HR processes.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to independently manage hiring and employee coordination.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
