Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and support in disciplinary actions if required.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, trainings, and performance review cycles.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Administration Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facility maintenance, and supplies management.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams (IT, security, housekeeping).
• Manage travel bookings, accommodation, logistics, and office events.
• Ensure safe and professional workplace environment adhering to company standards.
• Maintain records of assets, office stationery, and equipment issuance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
