HR Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documents, and HR documentation.
• Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and employee movement records.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and employees regarding HR-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, attendance reports, manpower reports, and recruitment reports.
• Assist in salary processing, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other payroll-related activities.
• Coordinate for PF/ESIC registration, UAN, ESIC numbers/cards, and employee documentation.
• Prepare appointment letters, joining letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR letters.
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
• Conduct employee follow-ups regarding documents, attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain records related to employee confirmation, increments, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlement.
• Coordinate with clients/site teams for manpower and employee-related requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly followed.
• Support employee engagement, training, welfare activities, and disciplinary procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
