Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and records.
Handle attendance and monthly payroll.
Support day-to-day HR activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance and payroll.
Candidates from Gandhidham or nearby locations preferred.
