HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Executive to independently manage recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for the company.
• Draft and publish job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Track and maintain attendance and leave records.
• Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration.
• Prepare HR reports and records as required by management.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), or a related field.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or startup environment will be an added advantage.
