HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals, social media channels, campus placements, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary screening interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with department managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment communication, candidate feedback, and job offer negotiations.
• Onboarding & Employee Operations
• Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires, including background verification, document collection, and induction sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies) in HRMS tools.
• Process daily attendance, leave management, and assist in payroll input preparation.
• Employee Engagement & HR Operations
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and celebration events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and office procedures.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and statutory compliance management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, core HR operations, or generalist roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities..
