Job Scopes:

• HR duties and support
• Assist to source and profile for suitable candidates
• Conduct phone or face-to-face interviews
• Partnership and relation with Business Unit/Hiring Manager
• Coordinate for full employee lifecycle (onboarding process etc)
• Prepare and maintain HR documents; including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, promotion and transfer letters, disciplinary notices and termination documents
• Provide professional advice and perform market datamining
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with data-protection requirements
• Administration and reporting duties
• Payroll support when necessary

Job Requirements:

• 3 year of HR related experience
• Microsoft Office skills
• Responsible and disciplined team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful and meticulous
