HR Executive

About the role

This role encompasses recruitment, staffing, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and work pass management. You will plan manpower requirements, advertise vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare employment contracts. You will conduct orientation for new employees, maintain personnel files, and manage resignations and terminations. You will oversee monthly payroll processing, ensure accurate CPF and tax contributions, and manage employee benefits and leave records. You will process work pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations, liaise with government agencies such as MOM, and monitor quota and levy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan manpower requirements with department heads
• Advertise job vacancies and source candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Conduct orientation for new employees
• Maintain employee records and personnel files
• Manage resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and final settlements
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate CPF, tax, and statutory contributions
• Manage employee benefits, leave, insurance, and claims

About you

• Ability to write and communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
