HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Executive to manage HR operations for a workforce of approximately 600+ employees across multiple supermarket branches.

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HR experience.
• Proven experience managing HR operations for 500–600+ employees.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations is mandatory.
• Supermarket, retail, FMCG, or similar high-volume workforce experience preferred.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR operations for multiple branches.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employee relations, disciplinary procedures, warnings, resignations, terminations and final settlements.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, staff transfers, leave, attendance and manpower planning.
• Knowledge of visa, Emirates ID, medical fitness and other UAE employment formalities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with branch managers and employees.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR matters simultaneously.
• Immediate joiner or candidate available on short notice will be preferred.
• Manage HR operations for 600+ staff members across multiple branches.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, joining formalities and onboarding.
• Manage employee transfers, promotions, leave and attendance.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with branch managers.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare warning letters and disciplinary documentation in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage resignations, cancellations, terminations and final settlement coordination.
• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of employee-related documents.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports and employee statistics.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with management, Accounts, HR team and branch management on employee-related matters.
• We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, organized and confident in handling a large workforce and can independently manage HR matters in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
