HR EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, screening, interviews, and employment offers.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with head of sites and department heads.
• Coordinate onboarding, employment contracts, induction programmes, and probation reviews.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and manpower records.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll information, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and unpaid leave.
• Coordinate monthly salary processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Administer statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation information.
• Assist with annual salary reviews, bonuses, increments, and other employee benefits.
• Assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other workforce welfare matters where applicable.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and relevant HR reporting processes.
• Experience managing construction site manpower administration is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
