HR Executive

What you will be doing:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer management.
• Candidate Management: Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment consultants to ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Onboarding: Manage pre-joining formalities, document collection, background verification, joining coordination, and employee induction.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update HRMS data, manage attendance and leave records, and support routine HR documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Support confirmation, probation tracking, exit formalities, and full and final settlement coordination.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, employee files, and other HR-related documents.
• Coordination & Reporting: Prepare recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and other HR MIS as required.

Important Requirement

Pet-Friendly Workplace: We have a pet-friendly office where dogs are present. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment with dogs.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
