Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a background in the chemicals industry to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and development activities.
• Support factory HR operations and workforce management, where applicable.
• Maintain HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the chemicals or chemical manufacturing industry.
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resources will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
