What they need
We are hiring an HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. If you have good communication skills, a background in recruitment or general HR operations, and can manage employee hiring efficiently, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Post job openings, screen candidate profiles, conduct basic interviews, and schedule short-listed candidates.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Collect candidate documents, verify credentials, and handle joining formalities.
- Attendance & Records: Maintain daily attendance records, assist in leave tracking, and keep candidate databases updated.
- Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth workplace coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hisar, Haryana
