HR Executive

Forge India Connect Pvt Ltd is hiring HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team. This role is suitable for graduates with good communication skills who are interested in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for job openings.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates.

Eligibility:

• Degree completed
• Age: 22–30 years
• Good communication skills
• English and Hindi preferred
• Tamil, Kannada or Telugu is an advantage
• Freshers can apply
