Job Description – HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment for our head office, manufacturing facilities and project sites across India. Hiring will be the primary responsibility, along with employee onboarding and day-to-day HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – Primary Focus

• Handle the complete recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies and colleges.
• Recruit engineers, project managers, site staff, operators, technicians, stores personnel and office staff.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Discuss salary expectations, coordinate offer letters and follow up until joining.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker covering vacancies, interviews, offers and joining status.
• Build a candidate database for upcoming and urgent requirements.

HR Operations

• Manage joining documentation, employee records, induction and exit formalities.
• Coordinate attendance, leave records and payroll inputs with Accounts and site teams.
• Prepare appointment letters and other HR correspondence.
• Support implementation of company policies and address routine employee queries.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations and training requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment and HR updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, EPC, construction or manufacturing.
• Comfortable hiring for multiple locations and project sites.
• Good communication, candidate assessment and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, job portals and HR software.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple vacancies independently.

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
