HR Executive

Summary of Functions

• Support HR-Manager and Executive- HR in Payroll Processing; Statutory Compliance; Monthly Statutory Returns; Employee Registration for Statutory and Legal Requirements; MIS Reports;

• Officer – HR is responsible for Payroll Management; Employee and Contactors exit; Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Compliance; MIS Reports; Compliance to ISMS, EMS, AS9100, OHS and AFQMS Quality Standards; General HR Support Practices;

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) with 0-2 years of experience

• Fluent in MS Office and Software Tools

• Knowledge in general HR practices

• Experience in Medium Scale Organisation

• Experience in all HR Functions in Statutory, MIS Reports, HR General Practices

• Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Basic PC Skills and Soft Skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Employee Attendance, Leaves Management, Bonus and Benefits, Payroll Management, Issue Pay slips.

• Maintain Employee Records and ensure compliance

• HR Software and Tools – Implement, Maintain and Improve effectiveness. For Ex. GreytHR

• HR Functions related ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and AS 9100 Systems adherence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
