HR Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related queries.
• Support employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee training activities.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, including PF and ESI, as applicable.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
