HR Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, must-have skills, and write clear job descriptions.
• Post openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks to source active and passive candidates.
• Review resumes, administer assessments, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Schedule and manage interview panels, brief hiring teams, and collect feedback.
• Extend job offers, assist with compensation negotiations, and manage rejections.
• Maintain smooth communication, represent company culture positively, and reduce hiring bias.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• A Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Strong verbal and written skills to engage candidates and build rapport with managers.
• Familiarity with digital sourcing platforms.
• Ability to assess cultural and technical fit using structured interview methods.
• Capability to handle multiple open requisitions and tight timelines simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
