HR Executive

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• HR Policies & Documentation: Implement HR policies and maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Legal & Compliance: Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and maintenance of related records.
• Exit & Separation: Handle resignation formalities, exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and maintain training records.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• HR Operations: Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, joining formalities, and employee records.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare HR reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and training.
