HR Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up with applicants.
• Complete joining formalities and coordinate employee induction.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and update the HRMS.
• Track attendance, leave, and overtime, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
• Communicate and implement company HR policies.
• Assist with PF, ESIC, and other compliance documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Handle exit formalities and support full-and-final settlement coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree; BBA/MBA in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
