Job Description

Chenang Clinic Group is looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Langkawi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth HR administration across our clinic branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave applications.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, memos, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate staff training and development activities.
• Support employee relations and address HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
