HR Executive

1. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

2. Support onboarding and induction for new employees, including documentation and orientation.

3. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

4. Track attendance, leave, and employee movements; coordinate related information with relevant teams.

5. Prepare and verify payroll inputs, such as attendance, leave, and employee changes, and coordinate with payroll or finance.

6. Assist with HR letters, employment documents, policy communication, and other routine correspondence.

7. Respond to employee queries and direct sensitive or complex matters to the appropriate manager.

8. Support employee engagement, internal communication, and learning and development activities.

9. Help administer performance review processes and maintain related records.

10. Support HR compliance and documentation in line with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.

11. Prepare routine HR reports and assist with process improvements.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
