HR Executive

Recruitment, HR Planning & Research

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, onboarding, and preparation of employment-related documentation such as offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate manpower planning with departments based on operational requirements and workforce needs.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on salary trends, hiring practices, employee benefits, and industry HR trends.
• Analyze recruitment data and workforce trends to support management decision-making and HR planning initiatives.
• Explore and recommend new recruitment channels, employer branding initiatives, and HR improvement strategies.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Assist in other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR working experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act, statutory requirements, and HR practices in Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
