What they need
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding for teaching/non-teaching staff.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll, PF/ESI/PT compliance.
- Handle employee records, contracts, appraisals, training & grievances.
- Ensure statutory & educational sector compliances.
- Prepare HR reports, policies & exit formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA(HR) / MSW / PG Diploma in HR.
- Experience: 3–5 years (educational institution preferred).
- Must-have:
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI, gratuity.
- MS Excel + basic HR software.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Soft Skills: Organized, discreet, people-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- HR sourcing: 5 years (Required)
