HR Executive

• Recruitment and onboarding: Manage full-cycle hiring, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and running induction programs.
• Handle daily employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, support grievance redressal, and maintain a positive culture.
• Compliance and payroll support: Administer statutory compliances (such as PF, ESI, and labor laws), track attendance/leaves, and coordinate with payroll team.
• Assist in rolling out performance appraisal cycles, tracking training needs, and coordinating employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee files, update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and generate regular reports.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR or talent acquisition role.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
