Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment (75%) and HR Operations (25%), preferably with prior experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have a good understanding of real estate hiring requirements, including sales, sourcing, closing, CRM, marketing, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 75%

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for real estate positions, including Sales Managers, Closing Managers, Sourcing Managers, Channel Partner Managers, CRM Executives, and other support functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Negotiate salary packages, manage offer rollouts, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruitment status through regular MIS reports.
• Build a strong network of real estate professionals and maintain a database of potential candidates.

2. HR Operations – 25%

• Manage joining formalities, documentation, employee records, and onboarding.
• Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees.
• Assist in attendance, leave records, employee engagement, and basic HR administration.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters.
• Assist in maintaining HR reports and personnel documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, with at least 75% of the role focused on recruitment.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of real estate sales structures, designations, hiring needs, and market talent availability.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS.
• Excellent communication skills required
